Artists are invited to complete applications to be juried
for the art fair each year. The application form is posted
above in both PDF
and WORD formats
for the 2010 fair (Applications Are Due By November 15th,
2009). It will be similar for future fairs. If you need
to download Adobe's .PDF viewer free of charge, download
here. Please review the application. If you want to
be considered for 2010 please begin preparing your portfolio
and application for submission. Each year the deadline for
applications is in November. Applications are mailed in
August or you may print this one, complete it and submit
it.
Those
artists who have been juried into the fair, or who have
been exhibitors in one of the past three years, will receive
an invitation some time in January of the current year,
for the fair to be held the "Third Weekend in May".
Existing exhibitors are re-juried during the fair every
other year.
SOCAF collects only a booth fee and does not take a percentage
of exhibitors' revenues. All exhibitors pay applicable
sales tax and a fee for a local vendor's license (currently
$25 per booth).
